The tracks here are a re-issue of recordings released as ‘Matter Has A Breaking Point’ EP and ‘Missing You Dearly’ on the now defunct Take Hold Records plus a few other obscurities. It’s very much abrasive, post punk, emo rock and though not quite up to the quality of their excellent Tooth & Nail album ‘You Should Be Living’ has still plenty of dramatic moments. The Florida band occasionally resemble Further Seems Forever and if you like that band you should investigate these guys. The use of a Spanish title (El Libro de Recuerdos means The Book Of Records) might confuse some though.
