Reviewed by Tom Lennie This is another in Vineyard's Fruit Of The Spirit series - a smart repackage of two kids' recordings made way back near the start of the decade. Once again Casey Corum is the CEO (indeed his whole family take a share in proceedings), along with fellow-worship leaders Dave Chumchall and Cindy Reithmeier, etc. These are the main song writers too, except for a certain Bud Reberry, who co-wrote three. Once again, all tracks are repeated as instrumentals only, for group use. However, in general I feel that this collection of eight songs isn't as impressive as the 'Banana-na-na' flavoured disc. The tunes are more simplistic and the words a bit cheesier. Among the exceptions are the Scott Underwood's simple "The Blessing" and the closing "The Mighty River", a truly adventurous slice of funky hip-hop which is bound to get kids, young and not-so, up on their feet and a-dancing. Not a bad offering, but, as in the greengrocers, you'd be wise to be selective in which fruit you pick.
