I was expecting to hear just another children's worship album with the usual assortment of "nursery rhyme" type songs, that we all surely must be familiar with and tired of.  My fears were sadly confirmed as I listened to the first track, "Let's All Praise The Lord" with its corny lyrics and vocals.  However what came next really thrilled me as the rest of the album turned out to be the most fresh and exciting thing in children's worship songs I've heard for a long time. The melodies are easy to listen to with a good balance of slow adoration songs and energetic celebration ones, and the lyrics are simple in their expression of praise to God. The vocals are clear and well pronounced, children will have little difficulty singing along.  My only real criticism of the album is that the tracks seem to run into each other, a bigger space between them would have been better, at least to allow my five year old son to get his breath before he began "bopping" to the next song. A must for any Christian family with energetic children.

I also owned a copy of that casette once. Got it from my aunt when she had been to England once. The casette is onfortuneately lost, but I still remember the songs. Wonder if one might get a hold of a newer copy.

I once owned the cassette of "Worship for Kids 2". Very good. I still have the melodies in mind.
I would like to have a new copy, but don´t know how to arrange.
