This album, the last in the hugely influential TTFH series, was recorded live at North Coast Calvary Chapel, Carlsbad CA. It features 12 new songs with worship leaders Brent Helming, Jan L'Ecuyer and Dan Whiteman. As the title suggests, these new songs dwell on the unspoken portraits of God, his universe portraying aspects of his loving kindness, rich mercy and unconditional love. We see again his sacrifice on the cross and the hope and peace he brings to our lives. Most of the songs speak to God about his wonder and greatness. It is the desire of our souls to receive his love, friendship and strength that he offers to us yet we still often look elsewhere. The title track "Unspoken Truth" by Scott Underwood has poetic lyrics that capture the heart of the CD. The style of songs varies from individual and personal to more predictable up beat melodies that help to build your faith as you feel inspired to join in. Personally I found some songs a lot easier to pick up than others and I found that some were too similar to others; however I did enjoy listening to this CD many times through and found plenty of opportunity to hear the Lord and express some worship to him.
