At first glance, it is immediately obvious that this CD is another in the 'Live Worship' series - the cover artwork is almost identical to those of others, except a slightly different colour. This "same but different" description could also be applied equally well to the album itself. The 12 tracks are divided equally between two worship leaders, Danny Daniels and John Barnett. The former, a veteran of Vineyard Ministry, leads the worship well enough, but you are left with a sense that you've heard all the songs somewhere before, despite the fact all are originals. Daniels would perhaps benefit from developing a sound more his own. While he is obviously competent (his lyrics are often incisive), he is also somewhat conservative in his musical approach. John Barnett, however, is a slightly different kettle of fish. His six arrangements are a little more innovative, particularly those in which Marie Barnett (presumably John's wife) takes the lead vocal. However, there is nothing really ground breaking here.
