This album, produced by Brian Doerkson, stands above the usual offerings put out by Vineyard Music.  It is unique in several ways: for one, it is the first Vineyard album produced in the UK and contains songs written by various worship leaders within the Vineyard movement in the UK.  (Ironically, Doerkson himself is not from the UK but has moved to London from Canada.)  The songs reflect a variety of musical styles ranging from an upbeat pop/Matt Redman style ("Beautiful God") to a folk/Celtic influence ("A Place In The Hills").  Although it was recorded live in London, the overall effect of the album is not that of a live worship gathering, which considering the diversity of the songs, I think is a wise move.  Musically, this album is tight; Doerkson has pulled an excellent mix of musicians from different churches for this project which should prove to be a landmark album in putting British Vineyard music on the map.
