This is an album of 11 songs sung by Voice For Jesus, an aggregation based in Slough, with mainly guitars, piano sax and violin. A fresh rendering of well known songs which include "Lord You Are More Precious Than Silver", "Rise Again" and "Because He Lives". The ones that include singing in Urdu are good though the overall sound is a bit similar and some of the musicianship is, to be frank, quite amateurish. Having said that, "Elio, Elio", sung and written by Hammad Baily, is well done. All in all, a useful resource if you're searching for Urdu worship material but the dull MOR stylings and lack of production professionalism will put others off.
