This is a solo instrumental project by Chris Wickland, a founding member of the Hampshire-based band Metamorphic. It's set in the form of four suites - "Eastern", "Cityscape", "Cosmos" and "Folk" - and it will be followed by seven more albums from the pen of Chris, the first of which is called 'Sub Dominant'. The music is eclectic, reflecting the titles of the suites and should please some ears but I can't see how the album is going to reach a wide market, even with a low price tag of £6.99.
