This book and accompanying CD-ROM features the words and music for 220 worship songs in singable keys. The CD-ROM includes the guitar chords sheets, complete with chord charts for the novice guitarist. The book contains the top line of music for each song with lyrics and chords and some very useful themed indices such as Vocal Range Index, Index Of Songs Ny Key and Index Of Songs By Tempo. It even has some suggested worship sets by some of the main worship leaders including Matt Redman, David Crowder and Stuart Townend. A real plus in this book's favour is its willingness to include a broad array of songs, not just those from the last few years. So, for instance, you will find compositions like Andrae Crouch's "Soon And Very Soon" (remember that one?!) and Twila Paris's "We Bow Down" mixed with modern arrangements of old hymns ("All Creatures Of Our God And King") as well as songs from the likes of Tim Hughes and Brenton Brown. Some negatives are that some songs, in my opinion, really aren't congregational songs - "I Can Only Imagine" and "Lifesong" being examples - and some of the songs stretch the definition of singable keys a little (top G# in "May Your Wonders Never Cease" for instance). However, this is still an extremely useful and cost effective resource.
