America's trio PureNRG bring their fans another high energy pop album. Caroline Williams (13), Carolyne Myers (13) and Jordan Yates (15) offer a second album featuring songs such as "Any Which Way", "Like" and the catchy "BFF" (or Best Friends Forever to you and me). There are also unlikely yet plausible covers of Ashford and Simpson's "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" and Nicole C Mullen's "Call On Jesus" which, though not reaching the heights of the originals, are appealing enough. Finally "Girls Can Change The World" encourages their female fans with the lyrics "There's more to us than you think/We play football, we wear pink/It's obvious we can do anything." Girl power! Rob Hawkins and Mark Hammond have again applied their considerable producers' skills to a perky album that will appeal to the Christian tweenie market.
