.rodlaver. Rapcore? Actually this is more of a rap album with guitar, drums and bass accompaniment (all well executed). Not particularly heavy. There are a couple of more outstanding tracks, but as a whole it sounds too stripped down for me. "1980" is just a straight hip hop track. I think they need to go further in one direction. It still has integrity, like "Time & Again" that basically dedicates the album to God, and it grooves with good mid paced rapping throughout. "Tough Guy Stance" is very early-Living-Colour-ish. Is "All Around The Bus Stop" an Eminem parody?! Overall, good, but not the best.
