Do I need an ipod?

No. You can use any MP3 player to listen to podcasts. You can even listen to podcasts on your PC or Mac using your favourite podcast software

How does it work?

We will publish information about any new radio programmes that you can download and listen to on a special page that your podcast software can read. When there are new programmes available, your PC or Mac will automatically download them for you to listen to whenever you want. If you choose to, it will also copy it to your portable MP3 player.

Sounds great, how do I start?

First of all you need to download and install some free podcast software. Once that's done, you just need to go to our podcast listing and choose the podcasts that you would like to subscribe to.

Subscribing is free and just means that your software will automatically check for new editions of your chosen programmes.

Simply copy and paste the provided link in to the 'subscribe to podcast' option in your podcast software, and you will start receiving your chosen podcast!

How often are new podcasts available?

Current Cross Rhythms podcasts are available weekly. You can set your podcast software to download all of the podcasts, or just the most recent ones. We keep 2 weeks of podcasts available.

How soon after a programme has been broadcast will the podcast be available?

Usually the podcast will be available for download within about an hour of the programme finishing, although it can sometimes take longer.
