Comment:	I saw Bill and the boys in Sheffield at a pub location with about 30 people in the audience a few years ago. I'd heard nothing by the Vigilantes of Love and had gone along on a whim. What a brilliant songwriter he is! Depite the small audience, he gave it everything and I was convinced that this was someone who lived for his music. This album takes me back to that night everytime I listen to it. 'This Time Isn't one of Those' is the standout for me - thoughtful, reflective and , in its beautiful conclusion 'to be loved is the best of all', truly moving and uplifting. I saw him solo supporting Buddy Miller some time later and I just got the impression that maybe he was on the brink of packing it up - I really hope and pray he hasn't - his is a major talent.
