Comment: this album is healthy food to the spirit and really ministers and empowers... it has good sing along songs that at the same time equipt and empower one both physically and spiritually. if you are feeling low and sad, i strongly suggest you get you"a GOD THING" cd and just after a song if not the whole cd you'll surely feel blessed, stronger and happy.
