Comment: I have really appreciated these articles! Thanks for all the hard work in compiling them. And for the memories released from the archive recesses of my mind! ! I was around during the MGO/Buzz (Gill Snow et al!) era and whilst I know and have continued to this day the friendship with Pete, I remain grateful for these 3 musketeers, and the contacts with many of the Bands and individuals in those 'tipping point' days. Over several years a group of us ran a Coffee Bar (Bar None) in Guildford in the mid 60's, and many of those pioneer groups (Whispers of Truth, Out of Darkness et al aided and abetted by such luminaries as Dougie Barnett and Gordon Bailey) came and did their successful 'thing' in front of large (well, several hundred) and appreciative crowd of young people in a variety of 'empty premises' belonging to such businesses as a Brewery, an Army Barrack, a Disused church, and made over to look exotic (slight exaggeration there!). They were in a real and gritty sense, prophetic days, and days for which I am, in my now much more questioning (maybe cynical?) 'Christian-agnostic' stage of life, profoundly grateful! Thanks for the memories!
