Thank you for these posts, please remember, that all the groups we sang with were equally as good!

Hi,
Just read this article as I was looking for any info on The Glorylanders (Manchester area). I am Arthur Pemberton's sister-in-law (married his brother Alan, who sadly passed away 10 years ago). Pleased to read the info but must mention a couple of errors.
The Glorylanders played often at CCC meetings, Gloryhole Coffee Bar (teens) and at Beach Missions. The latter were in the Isle of Man (not Isle of Wight). I attended several myself. Ralph Chambers led CCC with Irene Wardle (not Waddle!).
I am still in touch with Arthur Pemberton, Bill Simmons and Ian Moore (The Glorylanders).
Best wishes, Lesley

The opinions expressed in the Reader Comments are not necessarily those held by Cross Rhythms.
I remember seeing The Glorylanders at a church hall in St.Helens around 1966.
The first 'gig' I'd ever seen and just see - I haven't forgotten it :-).
Good to know that the guys are still around and still praising Jesus.
