Since Christendom's favourite female singer started her career in 1976, she has released 14 studio albums, won six Grammy awards and sold over 30 million albums worldwide. Now Amy, with the help of some top studio mixers, has brought out her first remix album that reworks 11 of her biggest selling songs including "Baby Baby", her 1991 signature pop hit. Remixers Chris Cox, Tony Moran, Warren Rigg, Guy Scheiman, Moto Blanco, Mark Picchiotti, Ralph Rosario, Dave Aude, Hex Hector, 7th Heaven and DJ Andy were the team that worked on this project. This album brings songs that were written in the '80s and '90s and gives them a fresh lick of paint for listeners in 2015. "That's What Love Is For" progresses from its original format of a power ballad-style pop song into a nightclub hit with the driving force of electronic beats. Electronic duo Moto Blanco also succeed in a great revival of "Every Heartbeat" as they amp up another of Grant's 1991 hits. There is a seamless flow and steady pace of energy between each track which make this a very enjoyable listen, hard to sit still to or refrain from singing along to. For a generation that may not be as well versed in Grant's discography, today's recording technology has brought a new sheen to some of Nashville's most memorable CCM. So expect to hear cuts from this set even in the lands of glow stick-waving and raving beats.

Product Description
Amy Grant's sugar-soaked 1991 gem Baby, Baby has been amped up and reimagined for the singer's first ever album of remixes. In Motion: The Remixes includes other Grant pop classics like That's What Love Is For and Every Heartbeat.

"I could never have anticipated that these songs from an earlier chapter in my life could be filled with such renewed energy and fresh production," Grant said.
