There is limited information on this self-described singer/songwriter born in Twin Falls, Idaho who has travelled the US stopping in Oregon, Philly, and Atlanta- finally finding her hometown in Memphis in 2003. Music began in her life while attending Visible School Of Music And The Worship Arts and went on to record her first album at Ardent Studio's in 2008. It is without doubt she can sing, and in tune too, but there is a world of production yet to be learned to make this 14 track album hit the mark. The sound is very simple ranging from 1950s girl-next-door on some tracks and late night blues club on others which will certainly appeal to some but I think the minority - only time will tell. Each track is individually listenable, but collectively the album takes on a rather depressing feel that makes it difficult to take all in one go. Tracks of special note are "You Get To Me" (not the acoustic mix at the end of the album), and "To All The Loves". This album reportedly took two years to come together and it would seem to show more of a personal development journey rather than a musical project per say and there is still some way to go to offer a commercially attractive album.
