Father God, I come to you now in shame and embarrasment that I have done evil in your site... please forgive my sinful nature and lustful heart. Please cast away my desires to masterbate. Lord, you are the love of my life and I am sorry for hurting you and pushing myself farther and farther away from you and having the close relationship that I desire. I want to break this habit and addiction. I ask that you send people to pray for me and to rid me of the filth. Please cleanse me father, wash away my sin. Create in me Pure heart. I ask all of this your Sons name Jesus Christ. Amen

Lord I thank you for the gift of sexuality and intimacy. Lord I thank you that yu have enabled us to also have intimacy with you, so much so that we can come to you with the darkest corners of our lives open to your view. You are holy lord, and you have made it possble for us to live with less and less sin in our lives as we grow in your image and likeness. God, when Sharon feels lonely I pray that you would surround her with supportive friends, when she feels ashamed I pray that you would remind her how you love her, when she feels tormented by thoughts that do not honour her body, show her how to subject them to the Word, and transform her by the renewing of her mind to think differently and act differently. Lord as she seeks your face do not turn away from her - let the light of your face be upon her and let her know when you are smiling at her :) amen

Lord I pray you break down the strongholds in Sharon's life, especially in this area of masturbation. Please teach her how she can submit every thought to you, show her how to experience freedom. Please have compassion on her and send your divine power to overcome the enemy. Amen.
