Original Prayer

Hypocrisy

Precious Jesus. Please release me from the type of hypocritical Christianity I was brought up in. This idea that we must all be perfect is blocking me from letting go of the past. I know that you have forgiven me but I can't forgive myself. Help me to be real and accept myself for who I am. Release me from people pleasing and endless condemnation. I only want to please you Lord and be in your peace which transcends understanding. I lay my old beliefs about what it is to be a Christian at your cross and I commit myself to you. Please teach me, I claim 1 Corinthians 2:16 "I have the mind of Christ". Lead me forward in you my awesome God, precious saviour and closest friend. Amen

Amen I pray that we might all be released from chains of Hypocrisy, that we might all know the true Father heart of God, I ask this in the precious name of Jesus our Lord and Saviour Amen God really bless you Claire
