Original Prayer

Hello, we're just in our second IVF cycle. The treatment is tough and draining me physically, emotionally and spiritually. Please pray that God will fulfill his will. Both of us had prophesies concerning children at one time but it's so hard to hold on to that when all you ever seem to get is negative results and difficult diagnoses... and doubt comes up whether that was just words spoken by man or really a prophetic word... Christmas time is difficult, celebrating the birth of a child, yet at the same time wondering if we'll ever have one... and seeing friends effortlessly getting pregnant is difficult for me, too. Please pray for a very real Christmas wonder for us.

Dear Father I just lift up Ann and her husband to You Lord.. You know their hearts and their anxieties...it is heartbreaking to be without child when desiring a family of their own....answers are hard to come by... all we know is that You care for us and You hear our prayer. Father I pray You bring them comfort and encouragement...to sustain their hope in You and Your promises to them. Help them not waiver in faith but to hang on to Your every word, that You always fulfil Your promises. In Ephesians 1:11-12, we read, "In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory." and.. Philippians 4:6 encourages, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." In Jesus name, Amen. Ann I hope you and your husband will have your dreams fulfilled, I cannot tell you God's will for your lives, but I can offer in encouragement in that I know of people who have been in similar circumstances and have in time bore children. So my prayer goes with you. Blessings for 2016!
