Original Prayer

I have a very dear friend, who I love and care about but he is part of a cult and cannot see it. He was raised as a Mormon so it is indoctrinated into him and I know that there is nothing that I can say or do to open his eyes to the truth, only God can. He goes to their 'church' every sunday and sometimes mid-week meetings and has been involved in temple rituals and He truly believes he is doing the right things in God's eyes. I pray to God on his behalf that one day he will realise that the life he is living is a destructive lie and will find seek the true way to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. I would appreciate your prayers also, because he is constantly being fed a lie week after week but I know God is so much stronger than the devil's lies and he can reveal the truth to my friend, Emilio.

Father God I place before you Emilio, Julia's friend that you will help him to see that he is on the wrong path to enter your Kingdom. Draw near to him and show him the true way, you are the truth the way and the life Jesus.One of your sheep has gone astray and I pray that you will go out and find him and bring him home and you did the prodical son.Thank you that you love us unconditionally and ask you to bless Emelio and show him the way.
