'Springs' is a collection of 10 cuts originally produced for creative dance workshops by the experienced keyboard whiz/producer who was briefly part of Midlands pop folk team Nuffsed and is now married to the leader of the Springs dance group.   The album encompasses a wide range of styles and time signatures.  Most people's perception of music for dance is the 'stuff' that accompanied schools radio programmes for music and movement (a Sunday School pianist with an in tune piano).  Well, think again.  Adam has created a series of light, open pieces that could have made school movement classes fun.  Each track has a different feel, although all are positive (no spooky stuff).  The rhythms are clear, without becoming dominant and are not confined to 4/4 - 7/4 and 5/4 make appearances too.  'Springs' is also a rather good chillout album; it's actually quite difficult to remain stressed while listening to it.  If you're involved in dance or you just need to chill out then 'Springs' is for you.

I really want a copy too - does anyone know how to get one?

I've heard some of the tracks and really enjoy dancing to them. I would love to get hold of a copy to use my own dance groups. Any idea where I can buy a copy?
