On this album presiding bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship Paul S Morton brings together members from various regions of that denomination to create a mega choir augmented by talented gospel singers. Guests include Stephanie Dotson who leads "I Do Believe" and Melinda Watts on "In Pursuit Of Your Glory" which are the highlights of the album, alongside the gentle "I Am What You See" and African-vibed "I Will Bless The Lord". Unfortunately, despite the quality of contributors, this release fails to communicate the life and energy that is so often a part of a gospel music recording. Singers and band are polished, proficient and well produced, but could have come from any praise recording of the last 20 or so years, there is little that sets this recording above any other. Interludes by ministers such as Bishop Neil C Ellis and Pastor William H Murphy III sound dubbed on to a background track of clapping, more like a voice-over added later than an integral part of worship. Much of the songwriting is mundane, as if various phrases commonly used in worship have been thrown into a random song generator and come out the other end vaguely rhyming and then placed over pleasant but unexceptional R&B gospel tracks.
