With a vision to reach the lost and "...send a revival to souls" this family troupe from Ontario have been in action professionally since 2002, and in this self-penned debut we get to see influences such as Fred Hammond, Andrae Crouch, Yolanda Adams and Hezekiah Walker. Aside from the cheesy fake audience in the intro - spoken intros seem pretty de rigeur here - things sound pretty solid, if a little too programmed in places. The vocals are quite forward in the mix and generally in tune, although there are some iffy moments in the opening "Blessed Redeemed" and elsewhere. Standout track is the coolly soulful "Freedom In Jesus", but in general the performance and the production sound a bit flat and lifeless, and the harmonies somewhat heavy handed.
