'The Best Is Yet To Come' was recorded between January and July 1999. It benefits from a cleaner sound than its predecessor, 'Come To The Dance'. The songwriting quality is better, and there's a wider variety of arrangements, from acoustic to synth pop to out and out rock. Also, there's more music: 13 tracks and 56 minutes make for good value. A commendable effort, and the title of their second album could turn out to be rather prophetic.
