Ah, memories of those classic rock interpretations of '60s Beatles hits come flooding back. Smooth young things like yours-truly cocked a snoot at such outrageous attempts to make classical cool but, just one cotton picking minute, could it be that this rebellious youth of yesteryear has become a devotee of middle-of-the-road popular classics? Well, not exactly, but this collection of Classical Moments does contain some pleasant sounds guaranteed to smooth away the tensions of a busy day. All your familiar, Christian favourites including "Servant King", "Purify My Heart" and "Shine Jesus Shine" are found on this double CD produced by Netherlands-based Spark Music. From the solitary sound of a John Williams-style classical guitar to the fullness of a symphony orchestra, there's something for everyone. But, of course, I'm far too cool to admit to considering buying such a CD.
