This is basically a recording of a normal worship set at what could probably be any charismatic church in America. Not that I think that would be a problem with the people behind the album who describe the recording, (and the series it comes from), as developing from a deep hunger for genuine music that accentuates the movement of local church services. And that local church feel is what the listener gets (although a very American style local church, complete with 32 person choir, etc) and not really too much more. The songs are made up of new songs and oldies, such as Graham Kendrick's Knowing You, with a sort of theme being an intimate praise-thing. Essentially, the album makes a worthy buy for a person seeking a no-strings example of worship music, but not a standout one for people wanting a little extra.
