Apparently The Cong are now known as Cupboard. Fair enough; every band is entitled to change its name. But it seems that with a change of name comes a change of quality. The self-titled tape, made presumably after 'Sheep At Half The Price' by The Cong, doesn't grab my attention. Perhaps it's the muddy sound quality, perhaps the songs aren't lively or catchy enough, perhaps both, perhaps neither. All in all, pretty unremarkable.
