Now here's something completely different, a Christian comedy concept from America which is actually funny in places. Most Christian comedy rarely makes me laugh but this sort of tickled me along the way. Making some salient spiritual points, you get "The Church Shopping Network", which exposes the crazy way some go church hopping. There are regular new bulletins highlighting the way the media twists stories and bashes Christians. There are humorous songs like "The Singles Game" which lampoons the intense pressures of dating in a church environment and my favourite "Out Of Air" which is a tribute to the people in church who do all the work. A mixture of short sketches and fun songs, which culturally don't quite translate for a British audience though spookily some of the church behaviour they lampoon is spot on! Manu gentle laughs rather than uproarious guffaws!
