Zebrina, Nikeisha and Sarah, collectively known as God's Chosen (or GC3), have been singing together since high school and it really shows here on their eponymously titled third album. Their powerhouse vocals cope with anything with ease, move seamlessly from the rousing opening track "We're Ready", driven along by solid rhythm section, to the quiet ballad "For Your Glory (I Surrender)" without missing a beat. Equally at home with straight gospel romps - "Love Lifted Me" and the live "Let's Dance" with its call to dance as David danced - as with the more contemporary pop orientated numbers such as "Redeemed" there is not a weak track here. An enjoyable, uplifting album that will appeal to a wide audience.
