To Harvey... It may be a mystery, but yes, I believe that Jesus was there ... in the creation.
Even though we credit God the Father with creation, Read John 1:1-5. "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God..." We, as humans, take on many "characters" .. Father, brother, son, teacher etc... And sometimes our roles overlap. THus it is with the TRINITY . Father , Son and Holy SPirit. SOmeday we will understand .but we know we have ONE God .. in Three distinct persons. IT is something of God's
mystery... I believe it , and I know that someday ,
I will understand it fully. Blessings to you in your journey with your Lord.

Go to www.fischtank.com/ft/music/hysjmlord.cfm

It is John Fischer's website. I know he sells his recordings; maybe he sells sheet music.

Is there currently any way to purchase the sheet music to this song "Have You Seen Jesus My Lord" ?

No, it's not "bad theology, Harvey. When you're on a mission trip or in a food pantry or soup kitchen, yes, you can see Jesus in the faces of others. When someone comes to you for prayer, for help, and maybe pushes you to stretch and think about God's grace, then you've seen Jesus' face. "Pantheism" - yes, is bad theology - that God is somehow "in" nature. I suggest you look up "Panentheism" - that's NOT bad theology and I more of what this song expresses. I learned it on a "Walk to Emmaus" weekend and it was deeply meaningful and deeply spiritual.

Harvey is so wrong ... throughout the Bible we are told that Jesus is the physical manifestation of God. The scripture says nature itself teaches of us God so therefore we can and should see Jesus in nature. In fact, we should see Him in all of God's creation ... peopl, animals, the starry sky, and all of nature.

People at our church want to do this song and I can't find the music anywhere. Can you send me a copy or tell me where I can find it. I would very much appreciate it and be willing to pay for it. Thank you, Larry Scheel

I so love this song, Have you seen Jesus My lord. I would love to get an accompainment cd or piano music to it so I could sing it in our church. It really stirs and uplifts my soul. would that be possible?

The theology is really bad in this catchy tune. God is in nature...Jesus (the Christ) is seen in one another. The focus here suggests that one can have an understanding of Jesus simply by looking at nature. Not so, I am afrain. "For the Bible tells me so!"
