This album describes the content as 'twelve singable songs for the young at heart'. Certainly it lives up to its billing. The whole feel of the album is one of fun. The themes of the songs are original with happy go lucky melodies - a real fun album. The children who are singing with Mary Rice Hopkins appear to be having a good time, certainly not finding the songs to be a bore. My own children adored this tape and continually requested me to play it - they particularly liked "Jammin To Bed" but my particular favourite has to be "Matilda The Gorilla" for it's wonderful chorus line, certainly one to sing in the bath!!! The songs on the whole are very easy to join in and certainly got us singing along, we received one or two strange glances from passing cars whilst listening on the way to work. I would recommend this album to families with young children or indeed to any children's workers seeking fun songs with a spiritual emphasis. Mary Rice Hopkins is a winner I'm sure!
