A kind of copycat guitar praise work with just 10 tracks including "Great Is Thy Faithfulness", "The Old Rugged Cross" and 'Awesome God'. I think you get the drift. Mainly Gary Lowry on acoustic guitar, who also arranges and produces this lack-lustre, minimalist collection. Dan Oxley mixes it and plays flugal horn on one track. Frugal horn, more like. The album would have benefitted more from Dan's lovely lilting, mellow blowing. Gary's guitar is a kind of cross between Chet Atkins and Bach styles with over-embellishment Well, this lot are all from Tennessee.
