If you're prepared to overlook the usual problems of live worship albums - variable sound quality and out of time clappers - then "A Heart Full Of Song" bears closer inspection. There are a clutch of songs new to those of us outside the harvestime umbrella - "Happy Are The People", "Do You Hear The Sound Of Marching Feet", "Great Is Your Love", "My God My God" and "Shout Come On Rejoice", as well as more familiar material. Where this album really scores, though, is as a demonstration of how to move seamlessly from the up tempo, all-out celebration feel of "Happy Are The People" and "Praise Ye The Lord" to the worshipful "Amazing Love". The key is in using different versions of the same song so "No Eye Has Seen" shifts from a full band and choir to string quartet and then an acappella version. Masterful.
