This is the second release by Slick Shoes called 'Slick Shoes'! The first was their original 1997 EP. They have come a long way since then and are now producing friendly melodic punk rock like MxPx, The Undecided and others. This album is quite fast-paced, well executed, harmonious and tight, with quality musicianship. No lyric sheet, so most of the words were lost on me, as I don't speak American. No doubt it's about girls. Aren't they all? Top marks for the production and quality of this record, but someone ought to tell Tooth & Nail that we are getting tired of melodic punk, however well it is delivered.
