Switch are the radical worship collective which has grown out of the Switch student events organised by Life.Church which tens of thousands of people will know from Church Online. What the producers, programmers and singers deliver on this album are worship songs that don't sound like worship songs, ie, tracks which don't follow Coldplay-esque stadium rock but rather take in elements of pop, R&B and, on their US radio hit title track, hip-hop, to make something fresh and student-relevant. Particularly recommended are the latest Cross Rhythms/xRhythms radio hit "Count Me In", the EDM styled "Heartbeat" and, of course, "Symphony (ftg Dillon Chase)", but wherever you go here you'll find eminently catchy, spirit-lifting music.
