Their last recorded performance together, Kentucky-based siblings Jason, Kelly, Adam, Aaron and Terah have certainly gone out in style with this relentlessly energetic set of 17 live songs recorded at the historic Tennessee Theatre. Proceedings kick off with the upbeat new country of "Promised Land" which sets the scene for a collection of uplifting songs that declare God's goodness. The Crabb Family are an undeniably versatile bunch and it's not long before they cross over to the country rock of "Travelin' On" and the blues funk of "Sacrifice Of Praise" before delving into soul balladry ("Through The Fire") and some delicious impromptu gospel ("I'm Going Home With Jesus" and Andraé Crouch's "Can't Nobody"). Songs like the poignant "Please Forgive Me" and some heartfelt spoken introductions from Jason makes sure this is an emotionally-charged affair but Adam's virtuoso blues harp playing on a passionate version of "Amazing Grace" steals the show in this fitting farewell to one of Southern Gospel's most talented families.
