Portugal-based Bruno Mira, otherwise known as The Fellowman, proves himself to be a versatile musician and songwriter with this album, sounding comfortable in folk surroundings and a long way from the metal of Mira's other musical venture, Cast A Fire. The opener "Here For You" shows The Fellowman has a voice sounding somewhere between a young Bob Dylan or maybe Tom Petty with hints of Pink Floyd while songs like "Own Way" show he's a good songwriter. "Long Road" is an infectious and engaging song which will get the feet moving and "Baby Girl" is a simple song of love. This album delivers 10 appealing songs of infectious, folk-tinged music that needs to be heard. The album artwork is quite special too.
