Not being aged 19 (the age of The Gardeners' lead guitarist) or a rock specialist, I invited Chloe Austin, a teenage friend of mine, for her opinions on this demo CD. She confirmed my suspicions that, on the evidence of these four songs presented here, this group is not the next Delirious?. As Chloe put it, "They're not really very good. The songs are very similar and repetitious. The singer's voice isn't tuneful or even nice to listen to, and made me want to turn it off. The lyrics arc rather depressing and God is only occasionally hinted at." I couldn't have put it better myself.
