In case there's any confusion, not THE Phil And John but ANOTHER Phil And Jon. Got that? 'All I Want Is God' sort of loiters along, everything's so boringly basic and predictable that there's really nothing a hapless reviewer can latch on to, or any way he can utilize any descriptive powers he may possess. I mean, to hear Larry Norman's "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" receive this mangling is enough to drive that great man to the barbers! It should be possible for two voices to maintain simple harmony tunefully. Reviewers sweat buckets over this sort of thing. Don't these people realise the dilemma they put us in? Tell the truth or not? I'm sure they are genuine lads, but this tape goes nowhere. Nowhere I want to go, anyway. No, Mr Cummings, you answer the phone!
