Graham Kendrick's The Source project has gathered together 610 international hymns and worship songs as a thorough and excellent resource for church worship groups searching for material. Whether it's traditional hymns or new songs, they were all there and easily accessed on various volumes of The Source' CD series. This album is a straight forward repackaging, though there is a danger that some people might buy all these songs twice because the CD cover gives no indication that these songs have already been released. That quibble aside, you get "Teach Me To Dance", "Is Anyone Thirsty", "Jesus Christ (Once Again)", "Days Of Elijah", "Warrior" and a pile of the usual suspects. The problem is this: this album might be a good resource for worship teams but 'The Source' is probably a better resource, as this is a less comprehensive repeat performance. If you're a fan of worship music, there are loads of better renditions of these popular songs elsewhere, as this selection of bland arrangements and half-hearted vocal performances will teach you how the tune goes, but if you want passion - look elsewhere! Very dull! 4
