This single from London-based singer/songwriter Tina Boonstra is a punchy little number which candidly deals with matters of personal mental health with the refrain "I'm out of my depth and I don't know if I'm going to make it out of here" being a case in point. Boonstra begins by saying that "getting out of the house is a triumph" and this song will connect with others going through similar issues although a little more hope would have been useful to balance things out. Boonstra delivers a feisty vocal to a suitably edgy backing - complete with lots of fuzz bass and thrown off snare - to round off a fine release.
