The 'Grapes Of Wrath' are a real mean bunch. Fancy making fun of five year old Junior Asparagus, calling him names and saying he looks like he's got a bunch of peas on his head. Larry the cucumber explains the need to forgive one another. These grapes however, are persistent offenders. So, how many times should Junior forgive them? Seventy times seven! Does anybody in the world know what seventy times seven is? The story of forgiveness continues to unfold. Using computer graphics the animators create some interesting action scenes that come as a welcome break to the talking head sections which could become slightly tiresome to children. The dialogue bubbles along quite nicely, snappy and interesting, though a couple of the American accents used make one or two phrases hard to make out exactly what's being said. Using two funny stories and running for 32 minutes the lesson of forgiving others is well and truly brought to bear upon the viewer, which is recommended for 3-8 year olds.
