Out of the Vineyard UK stable comes a new worship singer/songwriter who is obedient to the call to sing a new song to the Lord whilst building the local church. With names like The Burn Band, Brenton Brown and Kathryn Scott having previously launched noted worship ministries out of the Vineyard axis of churches there is a strong pedigree to live up to. Steve Hart is the worship director at the Wells Vineyard Church that was planted in 2002 and is led by pastors Don and Lynne Hart. Add Jo Hart on backing vocals and it seems quite a family affair. This release is a compilation of seven original tracks all except one written by Steve, performed in a contemporary worship band format that will be familiar to many. Steve Hart is also credited with playing all the instruments including lead and backing vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, bass guitar, cello, drum kit and percussion so it begs the question what happened to the other musicians pictured on the enhanced section of the CD? Phil Zillwood wrote track four, performs lead vocals and is to be highly commended for the multimedia section of the CD that should set the pattern for all other worship CDs as it contains chord charts, overheads and musical scores in a beautiful setting. Song lyrics such as "I Will Sing Of Your Love Forever", "I Will Follow" or "All Around The World" seem very familiar but for a debut album the use of foundation biblical themes is appropriate. Although the songwriting maintains the pedigree of Vineyard albums, the quality of production is lacking the professionalism of Vineyard UK albums.
