This is a great album. It really is. All respect to William then for creating an album that manages to be both highly accomplished yet consistently pointing towards the Godhead. There's a really good range of styles on display here - the funky jazz-Latin fusion of "Discovery", the intense, almost ecstatic interpretation of Jesus' raising of a little girl combined with the revelation that Jesus himself is the revelation ("Rise [Talitha Cumi]"), the psychedelic, meditative jam of "Mi PasiĆ³n" - and it's all played by a hand-picked band of really good musicians. Luis Conte offers some excellent percussion while Johnson himself - the composer for all of the tracks apart from "Discovery" - is also a superb conga player. The album captures so much of God's character - the power of "Rise", the playfulness of "Como La Flores" and finally the tenderness of "Heaven's Rainforest". Even if Latin music isn't normally your thing, I'd encourage you to give this album a listen.

That was a great review. I personally love Heaven's rainforest and especially love the video.
