I've had this CD on rotation on my hi fi for weeks and I've been putting off reviewing it ever since, not because I hate it but simply because I find it so hard to describe it or what I think of it - or even to work out if I like it or not! I've deliberated that, whilst this is without doubt good quality music, I'm leaving it to you to decide whether you like it or not, because I'm still not sure! They are definitely proficient musicians who have great talent in writing and completing songs and their musicianship has definitely gone up a notch since their last EP but spiritually they may have gone down one. If there is a message behind this music it got lost on its way to my ears. Musically they are rock and roll, but still taking influence from two of their members' punk past with Zedisforzebra. The band show a good variation of sounds and styles on this record without getting too experimental or over-adventurous. They show plenty of talent and potential to go far and I've no doubt that with enough willpower, breaks and effort they will.
