Article Title: Disabled Campaigner To Challenge Ruling On Assisted Suicide At The Supreme Court
Author of reported comment: Paul Foster

Comment: I feel, as a christian, that if someone wishes to break God's heart and commit suicide then they should be allowed to. It is no worse sin than any other, and they will be judged for it, that is God's perogative. However it should be the law's requirement that they are doing so of their own free will, which is a God given right, and the law should ensure that they are doing this completely of their own volition by holding a judicial hearing of some sort, sorry I'm not a legal person, at which representations may be made by the person and interested family members etc, (there may be some who don't want a loved one to do this and are willing to render all sorts of aid in their suffering) before a judge who can decide the outcome in that particular case, and as it were render "permission" for that person to commit suicide. If the law wants to take the place of God then it must be willing to render the judgments.
