If you were a user of the chat room on the old web site, you will need to register for a single Cross Rhythms username and password that you can use for all sections of the new site. This is a simple process.

The Cross Rhythms Live Radio Chatroom is your opportunity not only to communicate with other like minded people around the world, but also the chatroom is open and connected to the Cross Rhythms 24 hour radio station. As such, Cross Rhythms DJs and presenters may just interact with you and your comments live on air!

As well as being streamed on the internet, Cross Rhythms Radio can also be heard on FM in Staffordshire, England.

When there is no live presenter, the Chatroom is still open but not interactive with the radio.

System Requirements

You will need at least the Macromedia Flash Player 6 to use the Chat Room, however Macromedia Flash 7 player is recommended. If you are using the Mozilla FireFox web browser, Macromedia Flash Player 7 is required for the Chat Room to work.

Chatroom Rules

• Keep the language clean! No swearing, no rude jokes, nothing that you'd be ashamed to say in front of your grandmother!
• No arguments or insults. Be nice to each other.
• No commercial adverts, website links, etc.
• No flooding, bombing or any other abuse of the server.
• Anything posted in your personal profile must be accurate and true. You can remain anonymous if you prefer, but you must never pretend to be someone that you are not.
• Remember that laws of copyright, libel, decency, etc apply on the Internet. This chat room is hosted on a server in the UK, and participants are bound by UK laws.

Security Policy

You can chat freely in the CR Chatroom. Anything you say is confidential unless something is disclosed that we believes puts someone at risk of harm or danger. Cross Rhythms then reserves the right to take the necessary action in notifying a relevant body or organisation. Before doing so we will inform you, and explain the reasons why, and what we intend to share.

We believe we have a moral obligation to respond to serious concerns that come to our attention, whether this is on the chatroom itself or through related communications coming out of it. Please note that we log and review all activitiy in the Chat Room.
