Original Prayer

YHWH help me to turn to you when people let me down. When anger takes over and bitterness of rejection poisons my soul. When you show me my iniquity and the darkness of my heart towards others and the shame I feel because the person I want to be is not the person I am. When stubborness and rebellion are stronger than submission and obedience to You. I know that if I would just come to You I would overcome these trials and be blessed but I struggle with all these hurt feelings towards your people and leaders who do not know how to handle me issues. They have not experienced the things I have and they have no idea how to deal with the anger and bitterness. The rage and the damage I have in my soul. No one but You can truly heal my wounds. Your love is the only way and I must allow you in. I know this and all I can say is please help me to turn to You and not away from You. Thank you for loving me Yeshua.

Letitia, I see its been a few months since you posted your request, so I hope in that time your prayer has been answered in someway. If you need further guidance, try reading Romans 8. It has helped me in my battles against the flesh, when my bodily desires do not correspond with my spiritual desires. Read in the knowledge that God loves you regardless of your behaviour and that He wants you to get through this. Know that he is with you all the way, when you see a single set of footprints in the sand, you do not see your own, but the One who is carrying you. Father I pray that whatever Letita's burdens are, that You will take them from her and deliver peace into her life and relationships. Strenghthen the resolve of those who are trying to help and give them the wisdom to break through her rebellious nature. Above all, help Letita to feel your loving embrace, in Jesus name, Amen
